NOTICE OF HEARING ON NAME CHANGE

A Petition to change the name of George Roger Humphrey born 1-21-1941 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma residing at 136 W. River Drive, Clark Fork, Idaho has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name will chang to Theodore Roger Humphrey, because name was changed at birth, but there isn't any record.

A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:00 o'clock a.m. on March 3, 2008, at the Bonner County Courthouse before the Honorable Debra A. Heise. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court a good reason against the name change.
