A Petition to change the name of Mary Margaret Barkley, born May 16, 1991 in Spokane, State of Washington now residing at Nordman, ID has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho, Case No. CV-2008-01156. The name will change to Mary Margaret Mann because mom was single at time of Mary’s birth and is now married and wants Mary to have the same last name as mom. The child’s father is unknown. The child’s mother is living.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Idaho Department of Fish and Game was informed by the Bureau of Fisheries that by July 17 anglers in Chinook Salmon fishery in the South Fork Salmon and upper Salmon rivers will have harvested the non-tribal fishery shares of adult hatchery Chinook salmon returns to the McCall Hatchery satellite weir trapping facility on the South Fork Salmon River and the Sawtooth Hatchery weir on the Upper Salmon River. Therefore, the Bureau of Fisheries recommends closure of the Chinook salmon fishing season on South Fork Salmon River and on the upper Salmon River at the end of Chinook salmon fishing hours on July 17.
Pursuant to his authority under Idaho Code Section 36, 106(e)6A, the Idaho Department of Fish and Game Director hereby closes the Chinook salmon season the South Fork Salmon River (from the bridge on USFS Road 48- East Fork South Fork Road/ Lick Creek Road that crosses just upstream from the confluence with the East Fork South Fork Salmon River; upstream approximately 33 river miles to a posted boundary approximately 100 yards downstream from the IDFG South Fork Salmon River weir and trap) and the Chinook salmon season on the upper Salmon River (from Highway 75 Bridge owner the mainstream of the Salmon River at milepost 213.5, approximately 9 miles west of Clayton, ID, upstream to the posted boundary approximately 100 yards downstream of the weir at Sawtooth Hatchery south of Stanley, ID) on July 17, 2008 at 10:24 p.m. MDT.
