Gleason's efforts make festival better each year

| June 4, 2008 9:00 PM

The weather was perfect, the cars were great and once again Carolyn Gleason did an excellent job with this years Lost in the '50s. She and her crew pulled off another excellent weekend. Every year just keeps getting better and better.

No matter how stressful it gets or how little sleep she gets during this event, Carolyn never looses her smile and sense of humor.

There are not enough words to describe what Carolyn has done for this community for the past 23 years. She provides a much-needed economic 'shot in the arm' for the businesses in Sandpoint and Ponderay.

But Carolyn cannot do this on her own and relies heavily on the community and business owners to volunteer countless hours to make sure 'the show goes on.' Please stop in to Second Avenue Pizza and let Carolyn know how much you appreciate everything she does for our community.

Thanks, Carolyn. See ya next year.
