Old GN road no better than a goat trail

The proud mountain goat of the Old Great Northern Railroad insignia would surely be expelling back-end pellets if it was to witness the condition of the road that is graced with its name. The spirit of railroad builder Jim Hull no doubt is restless.
Sure was an advantage that the city got in on the action.
