How to enjoy the start of spring in Bonner County?
A. Wait until you are really low on gas and take a scenic ride through Paradise Valley in Boundary County. The roads are in fine condition, mostly paved and, when you get into Bonners Ferry, the gas is at least 10 cents cheaper to fill up on.
Enjoy — take it from someone who has done it.
