He fought a courageous battle with a very rare form of lymphoma.

His tremendous courage and determination inspired his family and friends who were with him during this time.

He moved to Sandpoint, Idaho, in 1975 with his first wife Jill, where they lived and raised their family.

He worked in Sandpoint as a framer, home builder, and finish carpenter.

Frank understood quality and was passionate about doing a job well. With these traits he became a sought after master craftsman.

He enjoyed every moment of his time he spent with his sons Clint and Scott.

Fly-fishing was a passion they all shared, and together they fished many North Idaho and western Montana rivers and streams.

He was a fishing guide on the Kootenai River for several years.

Frank was reunited with a good friend from Snow Summit Ski School in Big Bear, Calif., Rochelle Olson, and fell in love.

In 2002, Frank and Rochelle were married at Hayden Lake, Idaho. He and Rochelle moved to Colorado Springs, Colo., in 2005.

He is survived by wife and best friend ,Rochelle Brow of Colorado Springs; his parents, Marty Brow of Sandpoint and John F. Brow of LaCresenta, Calif.; his sons, Clint and Scott Brow of Sandpoint; his sister, Sharon Beeman, and her husband, Jeff, and daughter Tessa, (niece) all of Sandpoint; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Frank was a good and caring, and very much loved husband, father, son, brother, and friend.

He and his enthusiasm and passion for life will be greatly missed.
