Keokee announces Nicholson promotion
SANDPOINT — Keokee Creative Group, a Sandpoint publishing and marketing communications firm, has promoted Clint Nicholson to director of sales, Keokee president Chris Bessler announced.
Nicholson replaces Scott Johnson, who left to pursue a new career as a financial consultant with Edward Jones.
“While we’re sorry to see Scott go, he left us in great hands by bringing Clint on board and preparing him to take over the sales director spot,” Bessler said.
Nicholson started working for Keokee a year ago as a sales executive. In his new position, he will lead sales efforts for the company’s proprietary publications as well as developing new business and facilitating projects for clients, including Web and graphic design and marketing.
A familiar face in Sandpoint’s business community, Nicholson formerly worked as a sales representative at Alpine Motors Company, Inc., for more than nine years.
A 1996 graduate of the University of Idaho, Nicholson earned a Bachelor of Science in communications, public relations and advertising with a minor in business.
Nicholson said he is pleased to be associated with Keokee because of its quality of work and outstanding reputation as Sandpoint’s largest and oldest creative services company.
“It is a great opportunity and honor to work for a company so committed to excellence. I look forward to representing all the quality products we have to offer,” he said.
Nicholson has lived in Sandpoint since 1996 and has two young daughters with his wife, Trinity, who is the program administrator at Panhandle Special Needs, Inc. Contact Nicholson at 208-263-3573 or by e-mail at clint@keokee.com.
