Yard sale's success completes grant goal

Once again our community has come through with flying colors for Panhandle Special Needs. Our yard sale was a huge success and we have met our goal to match a promised grant of $15,000 to complete the remodel of the old building that began more than a year ago with our 'Pay it Forward' project. The yard sale was exciting, and folks left with bags full of clothing, delicious baked goods, and treasures beyond description, all at bargain prices.

Our deepest and sincere thanks go out to everyone who helped. All the volunteers who gave so generously of their time, the wonderful folks who baked the delicious treats, and the community for all the donations. We could not have done it without all of you, and our heartfelt appreciation is sent to each one of you. PSNI will no longer be the 'ugly duckling' but a beautiful, warm inviting place for our disabled friends. Thank you!
