ADVERTISEMENT OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
IMPACT FEES STUDIES
Bonner County is seeking to hire a qualified Consulting Services Team to provide the County with Impact Fee Studies.
OBJECTIVE/SCOPE OF WORK DESIRED
It is the intent of Bonner County to hire a qualified, professional firm or team to provide all services to develop a plan for guiding the use, function and implementation of residential and non-residential impact fees for Bonner County.
The goals of the project are to:
1. Determine the levels of services for appropriate agencies, districts or departments;
2. Study and analyze the technical and fiscal viability for and implementation of impact fess to aid in funding capital improvements for appropriate agencies, districts or departments;
3. Determine the impact fees and implementation strategy for appropriate agencies, districts or departments.
LIMITATIONS
The County reserves the right to reject any or all submitted Proposals and to amend or cancel all or part of this Request for Proposals.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS
Proposals should be submitted to Bonner County Commissioners at 215 S. First Ave, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864. The deadline for submitting proposals is April 29, 2008 at 12:00 P.M. (NOON). No modifications or proposals will be accepted after the deadline.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Hope City Council will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday April 9, 2008 beginning at 6:30 p.m. regarding adoption of a planned unit development (PUD) ordinance.
