Why can't we recycle plastic in Bonner County?

I think it is time to address the recycling or non-recycling of plastic in Bonner County. We really need to get on top of this.

There are more plastic bottles collected daily and no place to put them except in our landfills. Plastic is destroying our planet.

I also think it would be great if we started following Oregon with the different labeled cans for recycling. It seems to work and makes most folks likely to use what they see.
