Terry L. Spade and Vickey L. Spade, husband and wife; Terry J. Spade and Jane Doe Spade, husband and wife; Spade Ranch Construction; and John Does I through X, individuals and entities whose identities have not yet been determined, Defendant.
By virtue of a Writ of Execution in my hands, issued out of the District Court of the First Judicial District of the State of Idaho, in and for the County of Bonner, in the above named case on the 11th day of April, 2008. I have levied upon all the right, title, and interest of the said Defendant in and to the following property, situated in Bonner County, Idaho:
Lot 19 of Northwoods Estates, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 3 of Plats, page 85, records of Bonner County, Idaho. (Instrument No. 681570 records of Bonner County, Idaho) AND 1973 Mobile Home 10’ x 51’ situated on Lot 19 of Northwoods Estates, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 3 of Plats, page 85, records of Bonner County, Idaho. (Instrument No. 681571 records of Bonner County, Idaho).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 18th day of June, 2008 at 10:30 o’clock A.M. of said day, at the Courthouse, 215 South First, Sandpoint, Idaho, 83864, I will sell all the right, title and interest of said Defendant in and to the said above described property, at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash in lawful money of the United States, to satisfy said Writ of Execution and all costs.
