It is time to end byway opposition

In their coverage of the byway groundbreaking, the Spokane paper mentioned that Liz Sedler/NICAN expects their suit against the Army Corps of Engineers to be tossed out, but they will appeal to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Isn't it the definition of madness when someone does the same thing over and over yet expects different results?

Let it drop. The byway is fact.
