Irene Dorothy 'Sunshine' Andrews, 86

Irene Dorothy "Sunshine" Andrews, 86, passed away in Plains, Mont., on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008.

Family services will be held later.

Irene was born in Laclede, Idaho, on April 16, 1922, the daughter of Bloom and Dorothy Irish. She grew up in the Morton area. Irene attended the Morton School, the Long School, and graduated from Sandpoint High School.

She lived in Oakland, Calif., for 24 years returning to the Sandpoint area in the early 1970s. She moved to Montana in 1977, living in Hot Springs, and Plains, Mont.

Irene was a member of the Church of God in Sandpoint, Idaho, and Plains.

She enjoyed her participation in senior citizen's activities in both communities.

She is survived by two sisters, and was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
