Kootenai's speed limit does not make sense

Hi, if you want to see how fast your car will go, come out to Kootenai. Out here we have a speed limit of 15 mph on Main Street and some others. Wow, that's really moving. By the way, that's 5 mph slower than the speed limit around most schools.

Just try driving at 15 mph for six or seven blocks. I would be willing to bet that almost everybody would go more than 15 mph over for part of the way. And what good did it do? It did make a lot of people angry and I guess the sheriff did get to write some warning and a few tickets.

And they call that progress!
