Francis Milton 'Moe' Balison
Francis Milton "Moe" Balison passed away on Nov. 6, 2008, after a short battle with cancer.
At his request there will be no public service, he will be laid to rest in the Pack River Cemetery.
Moe was born Oct. 11, 1932, in Kootenai, Idaho. He lived all of his life in Bonner County and built roads on most of the mountains in the county.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years Lola; three daughters, Cheryl Rink, Linda Redmon and Colleen Lewis; seven grandchildren, Matt (Marcy) Bloom, Amanda (Kraig) Brown, Colt (Reneé) Rink, Cord Rink, Shaina, Farryn, and Hyatt Balch; three great-grandchildren, Landon Balch, Henley Bloom, and Kash Farrens; a foster son, Justin Happell; a son-in-law, Sterling Rink; and two brothers, Brownie (Rosie) Balison, and Pete Balison.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elwood and Nellie Balison; and three brothers, Stanley, Dan, and Dale Balison.
