Jeanette Blanche Stover, 81

Jeanette Blanche Stover, 81, passed away in Sandpoint, Idaho, on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008.

Memorial services will be conducted at 1 p.m. (Montana Standard Time) Saturday, Nov. 15, in the Noxon Community Church in Noxon, Mont. Dale Coffelt will be officiating and inurnment will be in the Noxon Cemetery.

Jeanette was born near Trout Creek, Mont., on Nov. 24, 1926 the daughter of Ralph and Louise Tyler. She attended schools in Trout Creek and Noxon, Mont., and married Pervis Stover on March 13, 1944 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. She lived on the same place, in Noxon, and helped take care of the family farm for 62 years.

She was the baker for the Noxon School District for 18 years and was known for her cinnamon buns, retiring in 1988. She enjoyed hunting deer and elk and preparing dinners for family and friends.

She is survived by four children, Cindy Stover and Preston Stover, both of Noxon, Mary Stover of Libby, Mont.; and Rita Bindl of Moscow, Idaho; four grandchildren, Naomi, Jeremy, Jennifer and Charley; five great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ralph "Ray" Tyler of Renton, Wash.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a daughter Nancy.
