Sa'Haira Salon opens doors

SANDPOINT - After a year off from her previous job as the owner and stylist at Profiles Hair Design, Melissa Spohn is back in business with her new company, Ponderay's Sa'Haira Salon.

Located inside Paradise Tans and More, Sa'Haira offers many of the same services residents enjoyed at Profiles, including hair cuts, coloring and corrections, perms and an assortment of styling techniques, said Spohn.

After years at the popular Profiles, Spohn took a year off from salon work, but soon realized that she missed her customers and wanted to get back to the job she loves.

"I like helping people feel good about themselves and I want them to feel good when they walk out of the door here," Spohn said.

Spohn said Sa'haira stands out amongst many of its competitors because of its comfortable, quiet atmosphere and plethora of parking space.

Located at 105 Vermeer Drive, Sa'Haira Salon is open Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesdays from noon to 6 p.m. and the second Saturday of every month from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
