Candidates need to put country's voters first

The administration's "don't think, act now" fear-based approach feels like a scam and smells like a red-herring. President Bush has no credibility, so anything that he or his administration proclaims is automatically suspect. 

After eight years of Bush et. al., our country desperately needs patriots (i.e. someone who puts the country ahead of their personal advancement or political party). Question the assumptions and think this through with due deliberation.  Both the voters and history are watching.
