Obama is threat to Second Amendment

In reply to David Starr's challenge to my recent letter pointing out Obama's threat to gun owners' Second Amendment rights:

My source for Obama's plan of attack on our constitutional rights is the National Rifle Association's American Rifleman magazine September 2008 issue. More detailed information is available at www.nraila.org/obama.

Further there have been a number of articles by various political analysts published in the opinion section of the Wall Street Journal over the past several months pointing out Obama's anti-Second Amendment gun owners' rights positions, plans, and deceptions made under the disguise of "moderation." I am sure there will be more such articles appearing there over the next month and a half.

The most damning and indisputable source of Obama's anti-Second Amendment posture however is his congressional record. He has continually voted against every single pro-Second Amendment/gun owners' rights bill and for every single additional restrictive gun control law/anti-Second Amendment bill. He also has voted against confirmation of judges who are supportive of our Second Amendment guarantees.

 Thank you David for presenting another opportunity to alert gun owners to the very real danger Obama is to their constitutional gun rights.
