CLARK FORK - Levi Dole and Merlin Weaselhead had big games to lead Lakeside to a 34-18 win in North Star League football action in Clark Fork Friday night.

Dole ran for two scores and Weaselhead threw for one and ran for another to lead a balanced Lakeside (2-3, 2-2 NSL) attack. Brandon Smith added a 44 yard run and Alex Campbell had a 41 yard touchdown catch to round out the scoring.

Clark Fork (0-4, 0-4 NSL) was led by Chaunce Nesbitt, who ran for two scores among his 79 yards rushing on 17 carries. Younger brother Nate Nesbitt added a scoring grab from Stillman Berkley for the Cats' other score.

"Turnovers cost us," said Cats coach Brian Arthun. "I'm seeing improvement. The offense, defense and special teams all played better."
