Seasons names project contractor

SANDPOINT — Seasons at Sandpoint will be adding eight luxury townhomes to its existing selection of 72-luxury condominium residences all featuring wide open views of Lake Pend Oreille.

Spokane-based Bison Builders, Inc. was selected as the general contractor for the newest construction phase. These three story townhomes, which are approximately 4,000 square feet with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, also include three balconies, a private interior elevator and represent some of the most anticipated and desired residences within the Seasons at Sandpoint community.

The first four new townhomes will be completed by the spring of 2010 and special pre-construction pricing is being offered starting in the high one millions.

The new townhomes will have direct access to the Seasons at Sandpoint beach and new owners will be provided with a boat slip in the private marina. Buyers can choose to have their new residence completed with pre-selected luxury finishes or be delivered as “designer-ready” allowing the home owner to create a unique finish package on their own after closing.

Seasons recently announced the retirement of all outstanding bank debt on the property.
