Bob Fillion, 63

Bob Fillion, 63, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at his home in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, on Friday, Dec. 4, 2009.

He was born Sept. 13,1946, in Miami, Fla., the son of Ronald and Eveline Fillion.

Bob lived in many states across the country while his father had a long career in the Navy. Bob graduated from Samuel Ayer High School in Milpitas, Calif.

He also joined the Navy and served a total of 15 years.

He enjoyed the hobby of collecting comic books, he was a fan of the Raiders and the A’s baseball team. Bob had a love of classic cars, knowing and naming them at a glance.

Bob is survived by his wife, Patricia; five siblings and spouses, Pearl A. (Doug-las) Robert-son of Coeur d’ Alene, Glenn J. (Annette) Fillion of Coeur d’ Alene, Donna J. (Dan) Deshon of Sandpoint, Idaho, Marie A. (Michael) Dunn of Seattle, Wash., and Christina D. (Darrell) Gillette of Tucson, Ariz. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Bernice Smith; and  several nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles. He was preceded  in death by his parents, Ronald and Eveline Fillion.
