Julia Fay Schultz

Julia Fay Schultz passed away at her Grand Junction, Colo., home on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009.

Julia was born to Ben and Ruby Cash Lister in Limon, Colo., on Aug. 21, 1948. She spent her childhood in the Grand Junction area graduating from Grand Junction High School in 1966.

She married Kent Schultz on June 15, 1968 in Grand Junction; from this union three children were born.

Julia was a member of the Lutheran Church and enjoyed walking, hiking, travel and crafts she was a loving wife mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed.

Julia is survived by her husband, Kent; sons, Matthew and Adam Schultz; and daughter, Rachel Schultz; two grandchildren; brothers, Danny and Gary Lister; and sisters, Shirley Marsh and Jerri Niemeyer. 

A celebration of Julia’s life will be held on Friday, Dec.18, 2009, at 11 a.m. at Messiah Lutheran Church.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Martin Mortuary.
