Stop unnecessary waste of tax dollars

Where exactly do our tax dollars go? This morning I watched the snowplows go by 10 times in under two hours. With only 1-2 inches of snow on the ground, how does the county justify such a blantant waste of our money? After the first pass there was no snow to plow and how much de-ice is enough? Come on people, we have a voice and I feel we should use it. Stop this totally unnecessary waste of tax dollars. Safety is paramount I agree but, when is enough enough?
