Virginia Agnello stepped out of her mortal body on Sunday evening, Jan. 25.

She left surrounded by her daughter, Francesca; her son-in-law, Bob and his sister Melanie; their two dogs, Pricilla and Lili; her two cats Bridgette and Francis; and many other dear friends. A large bull moose even came and kept guard on her front lawn until the next morning.

She leaves three step-grandchildren, Katy and her dear husband Henry, Jennifer and her dear husband Joe, and Dan and his sweet wife Lauren. S

he also leaves three step-great-grandchildren, Ali, John, and Madeline; and many dear ones who were like family to her as well.

All are invited to attend a celebration of her life with laughter, tears stories and chocolate on Saturday, Feb. 14 from noon to 4 p.m., with shared stories about her from 2-3 p.m. at her home 1107 Birch St., Sandpoint
