Bottle Bay Road drivers just need to slow down

Bottle Bay Road drivers: Slow down to at least the speed limit — not only for the safety of others, but for the deer who are having difficulty crossing over the deep snow berms to get off the road.

Some lovely driver, today, hit a deer and broke both of its hind legs. It's hard to get rid of the image seeing this deer running down the road dragging its hind legs.
