Lakeland girls run away from Sandpoint

SANDPOINT - Katie Imthurn scored the first seven points of the game, and Camille Reynolds added 11 points and four assists to lead Lakeland to a 47-16 nonleague win over Sandpoint Tuesday night at Les Rogers Court.

The Hawks (11-4) clamped down defensively, holding the Bulldogs (1-15) to just nine points in the final three quarters. Every Lakeland player got into the scoring column in the decisive win.

Christina Johnson scored nine points to lead Sandpoint.

Sandpoint heads to Kellogg tonight for another nonleague game.
