Host of Bulldogs register pins at Clearwater Classic

LEWISTON - Garret Belgarde (103 pounds), Kyle Csizmar (112), Colter Sigman (125) and Sid Winter (135) each registered a pin, and Jacob Porter (119) won by technical fall to lead the Sandpoint wrestling team on the opening day of the Clearwater Classic tournament in Lewiston.

Bulldogs drop dual at Lewiston

LEWISTON - Garret Belgarde (103 pounds), Leonard Fister (152) and Terry Taylor (285) each registered pins as a short-handed Sandpoint team fell 61-18 to Lewiston in an Inland Empire League wrestling dual Thursday night in Lewiston.

Sid Winter (135) was leading 7-1 when he was pinned by Jake Schmidt.

The Bulldogs wrap up the Clearwater Classic today in Lewiston.
