Algoe joins medical office

SANDPOINT — Sandpoint Women’s Health is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Kristin Algoe to its obstetrics and gynecology practice. 

Algoe joins SWH from Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, where she was awarded the prestigious title of chief resident.

Her addition to SWH will help the practice continue to provide high-quality women’s health care, ranging from high-risk obstetrics and infertility to well-women’s care and gynecologic cancer.

Algoe also is a member of the Bonner General Hospital Medical Staff. 

Algoe and her husband, Dave, said they are thrilled to join the Sandpoint community.

In their spare time, they enjoy kayaking on Lake Pend Oreille, mountain biking, and exploring their new surroundings in beautiful North Idaho. 

Sand-point Women’s Health is also happy to inform  the community that the office is expanding hours to meet the needs of its patients.

 On some Wednesdays and Thursdays, they will remain open until 7 p.m.. 

Also, on most Saturdays, they will be open from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. 

Additionally, Sandpoint Women’s Health providers will be in Bonners Ferry two days per week and will be available to see both obstetric and gynecologic patients.
