Time has come to end antiquated voting system

Attention Republicans and Democrats, has the time finally come to end this antiquated two-party system? Let the person who receives the most votes be declared the winner. After all we live in the computer age and votes can be tabulated quickly without any problems unless, of course, you vote in Florida. As far as that ridiculous Electoral College, didn’t that go out with whale oil lamps, outdoor plumbing, high button shoes, and horse and buggies?
