Community's caring means a great deal

| June 20, 2009 9:00 PM

Thank you to our neighbors, family members, friends, co-workers, and the community for the quick response and generous outpouring of emotional support, time, donated items, and cash donations after a chimney fire on March 28 was extinguished by the Sagle Fire Dept. but reignited in the middle of the night and destroyed our home and all of our belongings.

Organizations we desire to express our sincere thanks to include  Mountain West Bank, US Bank, BCEA (Bonner County Employees Association), Westmond Ward of the LDS Church, Oden Quilting Club, Farm Bureau Insurance, and the Sagle Volunteer Fire Department (particularly Bernie who helped install smoke detectors which were donated by the department for our current residence).

We were overwhelmed by the devastating loss, but overjoyed at the overwhelmingly positive  response from everyone.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
