SANDPOINT — Scott Snow blasted three home runs in one game to lead an offensive onslaught as the Riley Creek Lakers swept Silver Valley 12-2 and 10-8 on the road Sunday in American Legion baseball action.

The Lakers (7-5) hit seven home runs on the day, including grand slams by Joel Cramer and Cole Tonnemacher in the first game, and Tyler Gordon added two solo shots in the second game. Snow tallied a whopping nine RBIs on the day, and now leads the team with 21 on the season.

Cory Neer was 3-4 with a double, and Hans Feyen went 2-3 with an RBI as the Lakers continue to get offensive production throughout the entire lineup.

Tonnemacher threw a complete game four-hitter in the first game, allowing just one earned run and striking out six, while posting his third victory of the season. Tonnemacher has now struck out 32 batters in just 22 innings of work; a stellar ratio for a pitcher at any level.

David Dishong picked up his third win of the year in the second game, with Jordan Hammack tossing two strong innings of relief to earn the save and preserve the 10-8 win.
