Use steroids as basis for stimulus package

Consider that professional ball players be force-fed steroids until they become sterile. Then there would not be any of the high-priced buggers being reproduced, such as the Mannings. Therefore the salary demands would go down, and it would reduce the price of beer at the ball games. Also, it would make it less expensive to pull off the Super Bowl, thereby bringing down the cost of commercials and the products being hawked. It would then cost less to all of us consumers.
How’s that for an economic stimulus plan? Them’s good apples.
