SANDPOINT — For those interested in pursuing wellness in a unique setting, Mark and Sheila Huber think they can help.
As owners of Abundant Life Home and Gardens Lifestyle Education Center, the Hubers offer Christian-based education designed to give highly personalized assistance and support to those seeking a healthier lifestyle.
The center offers a full slate of services, including cleansing and detoxification programs, cooking classes, nutritional programs and a host of exercise and relaxation equipment.
For Sheila Huber, the center represents the culmination of a 35-year dream to provide help to misinformed cooks, people weary of fad diets and anyone hungry for the best ways to live a healthy life.
Having spent much of her early life chronically ill, Sheila Huber is well versed in what it takes to regain and maintain health, and she now wants to pass that on to others.
“This is not about making money,” she said. “I’ve dedicated my life to helping and educating people.”
Programs at the center range from an in-house, 10-day therapeutic cleanse and detoxification to less intensive cooking courses.
