Cornel Rasor has guts, conviction
A public apology needs to be given by "Wondering‚" in a recent blog comment, which should be easy since he or she did not give their name. The smear against Cornel Rasor must apply to the petition to disestablish the Business Improvement Distirct and the quarterly tax it entails, on which the majority of Sandpoint businesses signed and Cornel turned into the city.
A private lawyer was consulted and he determined it was time to turn it in, as it was done exactly as the city instructed. If people would call the city clerk and ask why the petition was denied, they would see what they are up against.
If it be known how much time and effort it cost Cornel to do this, with no reimbursement to himself, working for the majority the people and especially the struggling ones, it really shows what a great commissioner he will be.
