Voters are keeping kids dreams alive

Recently I wrote a letter to the editor in support of the Lake Pend Oreille School District's supplemental levy. The fate of our schools and all that we who believe what education should be were "coming in on a wing and a prayer." Once again, Sandpoint, you have kept the hopes and dreams of the youth of our community and their educators alive by your support of this important levy.

May the lights (at Memorial Field) burn bright on Friday nights for years to come. Thank you comrades and fellow citizens.
