First Choice aims to take stress out of airport trips

SANDPOINT — Traveling can be stressful, but a new Sandpoint business hopes to ease some of the stress by offering a quick, comfortable and reliable ride to the airport.

First Choice Airport Transportation, owned by Sandpoint’s Bob Tierney, offers customers door-to-door service to Spokane International Airport in a comfortable  new Toyota Sequoia.

Tierney, who has years of experience in the shuttle industry, started his company to give residents a friendlier, more luxurious option than was previously available.

First Choice offers its customers in-vehicle DVDs, heated seats, free reading material and complementary coffee.

Above all else, Tierney said he aims to deliver the safest and most reliable product in the area.

“Our goal is to get our clients to their destination in a safe and timely manner,” Tierney said.

“In all weather conditions, we’ll get you there.”
