Annie Ginter

On Feb. 21, 2009 Sandpoint lost a wonderful woman in the community. Annie Ginter, died peacefully in her sleep. She was loved by many.

Annie Ginter was born Oct. 21, 1929, in Oleen, Pa. She is survived by her husband, Harold Ginter; a son, Joe Ginter of Hayden; a son, Dan Ginter of Missoula, Mont.; and their daughter, Linda McGill of Port Hardy, British Columbia, Canada, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Annie worked for more than 30 years at Connie’s as a waitress.

She loved the great outdoors, picking huckleberries, gardening, walking, and going for long drives.

She loved her dog Sammy.

The Ginter family will be having memorial services for Annie at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2009, at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Sandpoint, 711 Main St. The service is open to all friends, family and anyone who knew Annie.
