Tomlinson Sotheby's names top sellers
SANDPOINT — Tomlinson Sandpoint Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced its top earners of 2008.
The top six agents, listed in order of highest dollar volume, are Cindy Bond, Jim Watkins, Chris Neu, Stan Hatch, Chris Chambers and Jeff Rands.
In a rather slow economic real estate market, Bond was able to repeat as the company’s top earner for the second year in a row, despite being in an office of highly-motivated professionals.
Bond sold approximately $11.4 million in dollar volume for the year. The last two years have been the highest production years of her career. She attributes the success to “the Sotheby’s brand, their tools for marketing and the Sotheby’s broker network.”
Watkins, Neu, Hatch, Chambers and Rands have all been consistent top producers for the company, with each making sales from $4.6 to $8.2 million last year.
The six agents received the President’s Club Award from the Tomlinson Group of Companies at the annual April education conference in Spokane earlier this year.
Last year, Tomlinson absorbed or merged with three other real estate companies and many of its top producers were not acknowledged this year, but could have been included due to stellar sales of more than $4 million.
Tomlinson has 46 full time agents and sold a dollar volume of approximately $113 million for their clients in 2008.
“Even in tough times, good, honest hard work and dedication to the values of the Sotheby’s brand have kept us the number one company in our market,” said owner and broker Jeff Bond.
“We look forward to 2009 and a very good year for our customers and clients.”
