June Irene Wells, 81

June Irene Wells, 81, passed away Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009 in Spokane, Wash.

Private family services will be held at a later date

June was born in Detroit, Mich., on June 12, 1928, the daughter of Steven and Florence Matthews. 

She graduated from high school in Detroit, Michigan, and later moved to Glendale, Calif.

She married Neil R. Wells in Hawthorne, Nev., and the couple moved to Sagle, Idaho, in 1969. 

Neil and June established, and operated the Alpine Trailer Park, on U.S. Highway 95.  They sold the trailer park in 1992.

June enjoyed fishing, traveling, and visiting with her friends.

She is survived by her husband, of 40 years, Neil Wells of Sagle, Idaho.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Steven and Florence Matthews; and two brothers.
