Outrage over bill growing each day

| November 25, 2009 8:00 PM

Are you as alarmed as I am to hear the phrase, “outrage,” in regards the health care package? I looked the word up, because I hear an “outrage” echo … millions of people have expressed “outrage” over the mercurial nature of the bill; as it morphs behind closed doors without observation or permission. Some analysts deduce there will be about $500 billion in tax increases, major Medicare cuts, punitive measures for non-participants (this is helping the poor?) and the medical system as we know it will switch to replay time, under the chilling spell of bureaucracy and countless new patients.

Our nation cannot withstand another trillion dollar indebtedness at this critical time of high unemployment, deflated dollar, war, and higher taxes.

The outrage definition,” a deplorable insult.” Outrage because Pelosi and Reid are forcing a blank bill, by their own slight of hand, onto the back of a reeling economy.

I predict that outrage may assume pandemic proportion before the next election, or the economic collapse of this country … whichever comes first. And you sit there and let it happen.
