| October 6, 2009 9:00 PM

COEUR d’ALENE — Anders Nostdahl and Daniel Anderson scored two quick goals early in the second half to help the visiting Bulldogs cruise to a 3-1 win Tuesday at the Irma Anderl Soccer Complex.

Gerhart Suppiger scored his first goal of the season in the 16th minute, and the Bulldogs (12-1-2) would take a 1-0 lead into halftime. Anderson now has 13 goals on the season, and Nostdahl 10 as the duo continues to wreak havoc in the offensive end.

Chris Wheelock scored off Tom Osborne-Moss’ assist to trim the Bulldog lead in the game’s 59th minute, for the Timberwolves (5-6-2) only score of the game.

“We played hard at times, but playing hard only at times against a good team like Sandpoint, you’re not going to have a good outcome,” Lake City coach Chad Beadell said.

Sandpoint is at Stillwater Christian in Spokane on Thursday.
