We need less greed; more integrity, respect
Your comments about society these days are interesting. Surely you recognize that our people are under a lot of stress. Working people have lost their jobs. Retired people feel financially threatened. There is a flu virus about to attack us all and there is a loose cannon in Washington, D.C.
Maintaining one’s composure these days requires understanding and appreciation for the other guy. If your “toast got burned this morning” you are inclined to lash out at any some one, anyone just because.
Until the things get back to what most consider normal you can expect folks to be upset. Fuses are short when there are 4 pages of foreclosures every day. You can be sure that there are a lot of just plain unhappy people out there because they can’t find a reason to be happy.
What we need are massive doses of integrity, rational leadership, less greed and more just plain regard for each other.
