City needs Ogilvie, Schuck on council

We are supporting two fine candidates for the City Council vote on Nov. 3, Justin Schuck and Marsha Ogilvie.

Both of these individuals possess strong communication skills, a clear understanding of Sandpoint’s comprehensive plan, integrity and the willingness to listen to opposing viewpoints when making decisions. In short, they demonstrate respect and dignity toward others, qualities that we feel are necessary to be effective members of the council.

We’ve known Marsha Ogilvie for eight years. She has proven through her actions and time commitments on numerous boards and committees that she is a dynamic, truthful, smart, motivating individual and an outstanding team player.

Justin Schuck we’ve known more than 15 years, and have seen his high-level work ethic, his respect for others, problem solving skills and clear communication abilities.

We believe both Marsha and Justin will be true local voices for Sandpoint and make fabulous, fresh additions to City Council.
