Trade-N-Post opens in Ponderay

SANDPOINT — The Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce, family, and friends gathered to celebrate the opening of the new Trade-N-Post Pawn & Coin.
The business is located at 880 Kootenai Cutoff Road in Ponderay.
“A step above the rest” is the motto of the new pawn shop, which is owned by second-generation pawn broker Scott Sawyer. It offers collateral loans, buys gold and silver, gently used tools, instruments, sporting goods, electronics, coins, collectables, jewelry, firearms, and loans on most items of value. DVD, CD, and game disc repair is also available, and DVDs can be purchased at competitive prices.
The store is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. During the winter, the store will open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
