Harvey has experience to do the job right

Tina Harvey is running for Bonner County assessor, against incumbent Jerry Clemons, in the May 25 primary. Tina has 15 years of hands-on assessment experience and Jerry has none.

Tina was forced to appeal her own 2009 assessment because her property was 21 percent overvalued by Jerry’s office. The State Tax Commission granted Tina’s appeal in its entirety and noted:  “The Assessor (Jerry) offered sales, however, no adjustments were made for the sale properties in comparison to the subject. Appellant (Tina) described each sold property along with a well-reasoned comparison of differences and likeness to the subject.”

Vote for Tina on May 25. She has the proven experience necessary  to ensure that your assessments are uniform and fair.
