Offenders must be kept off the streets

How many little girls have to be molested before the judicial system in Sandpoint, Idaho, feel like this pervert, Dayle Scott Westra, should be taken off the street. Would that be five little girls, six little girls, 10 little girls? How many would it take to get a life sentence and keep Dayle Scott Westra away from innocent children for the rest of his life. To sentence him to 20 years, knowing that he will be out in two and a half years does not give justice to a little girl whose childhood and innocence have been harmed. In two and a half years this young lady will be about 13, she will be looking over her shoulder knowing that her molester is out on the streets again. I guess we should be grateful he didn’t get probation in just six months. Absolutely disgusting.
