Sandpoint needs to use common sense

Amazing. Long touted as a major problem for Sandpoint and its businesses, the lack of downtown parking got a boost from  the esteemed Jeremy Grimm (or is it Grinch?) when he put his weight behind the “need” to pave the parking area on the corner of Fourth and Oak Street.I was born and raised in Sandpoint and have been here for 69 years. I rarely shop downtown any more, because I simply cannot find a place to park in the summer. Now Mr. Grimm is adding to the downtown core’s woes by forcing PSB to close off a much-needed and heavily used area of parking.

Come on City Hall, use a little common sense.
