How hard is it to keep your sidewalk clear?

I am so glad I paid $2,000-plus for a sidewalk in this “walking town.” Isn’t it a law to keep your sidewalk clear, let alone an attempt to shovel?

Also, I do walk in this town and pay property and city taxes. Really, how hard is it for the snowplowers to get out and clean up their berms on handicap ramps and my $2,000-plus sidewalk?
