Views on Sarah Palin's degree bring sadness

Regarding Sarah Palin:

Bob Wynhausen wrote on Dec 27, 2009 11:08 a.m.:

“Wilson, are you sure ‘overqualified’ is the right term? A second-rate education, about two years experience in state-wide office compared to a well-educated, highly-intelligent man who is unlikely to quit next year. Palin’s qualifications are great for selling books. But how many has she read? I know she reads ‘all’ the newspapers and magazines, so she probably doesn’t have time to read books. Sarah for 2012!”

Bob is really saying that Sarah Palin’s education at North Idaho College and Idaho State University is second rate. As opposed to Barack Obama’s education at Ivy League bastions Columbia University and Harvard School of Law. Bob is, moreover, saying that a graduate of Idaho State University is unqualified to be president of the U.S.A.

Sarah Palin earned a bachelor of science degree in communications with a major in journalism from Idaho State University. Barack Obama earned his bachelor of arts degree in political science at Columbia, and his law degree from Harvard School of Law. Proud achievements in either case.

Bob is insinuating that the colleges and universities Idaho “rednecks” go to don’t qualify for diddlysquat! How terribly arrogant.

Where did Bob go to college that makes him, like Barack Obama, so superior to us Idaho hicks? One of those pricey Ivy League private colleges I guess.

My fellow Idahoans, indefensible from Bob Wynhausen!
